Our mission is to provide world-class, affordable, integrated care. Most rehabilitation and wellness centers in far-away places seem inaccessible, or unknowable or merely a web presence. That is simply not good enough for those who need and deserve special care and attention.

We are different. We provide a seamless continuum of care from the first office visit through the journey back home to beginning solid, independent recovery.

Hometown professionals, international team

Our program centers on a team of top-notch professionals in accessible U.S. locations and outstanding physicians and therapists in Costa Rica. These doctors have U.S. credentials and, in fact, some of the staff and volunteers have spent half a lifetime as professionals in the United States. We move the most expensive element of treatment, inpatient/residential care, to a phenomenal clinic that is affordable, beautiful, easy to reach and able to focus entirely on the client.
